We do not offer refund if you change your mind or find the same service cheaper elsewhere.
The ticket purchased, cannot be transferred on to another person's name or stated otherwise.
We do not offer refund if you wish to cancel or not attend the event.
If an event is postponed due to any circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to decide whether and when to refund the money.
Refunds will only be provided if an event is cancelled by the organizer.
Transaction fee and any other booking charges are non-refundable.
In case of refund, you will only be refunded the actual amount of the ticket not the transaction fee or any other booking fee.
We aim to respond to any refund related query within 5 business days. However, we might take extra time in responding to certain queries.
